First and foremost, thank you all very much for your lovely wishes! its been wonderful having you guys remembering my birthday! Especially when i may not have seen most of you guys! With the ending of Home Decor 3, it sort of a mark the end of something.. Actually, the sitcom” Folks jump over the wall” also wrapped production on the 25th of jan, and we had a wonderful wrap dinner on the following sunday! Why was it wonderful, simply because the bunch of veteran actors and the production ppl from boku films were extremely dedicated and all of us gelled like a big family..all felt sad that the production ended.. and all were wishing for a season 2, so that the family could be together again. haven’t felt this kind of emo for a very long time liao..
Recently, have been busy with some remaining projects.. Giant show, lunar new year eve’s show and finally Chingay 2008. Will do doing the last epi of Giant show this coming sunday at vivocity morning and for new year show , kym and i will be over at chinatown.
Thank you for walking with me all this while..for listening…for believing in me…for being there for me.

Hey Bryan,
It was really great to see you on screen, you really brought joy and laughter altogether.
I just want to tell you that I had resign from mediacorp, that I believe my last day will be end of Feb. I guess the most memorable thing working here is that I can always see you around. And even though I don’t really dare to approach you, but I had gotta a few photos with you. Haha… Leaving this company really takes a lot of my courage, but I have decided to do so for my future sake…
I wish you all the best in every project you are doing, and that you will have a great year ahead. Wish you a very happy chinese new year in advance. I guess I will really miss seeing you and won’t know when will be the next time I will ever meet you again.

Hi Bryan,happy new year to all!
Can anyone help me with this ?: I am living alone but my this aunty keep wanting to come my house. The problem is if i allow her to come, she will gossip about others and the worst part is she will “add oil and salt” about me/my house and will put her words into my mouth! That’s why i don’t want her to come. but i don’t know how to prevent or reject her. Please anyone can help to cojme up with very good and solid reason (for at least this year and not just cny)… Also, after she comes, the rest of 3 gu 6 po will also come 1 by 1…nightmares and very stressed because whatever i said, she will sure distort and spread all around!!!!!!!! FYI, I can’t use “not free or not at home”(not valid because she will sure “find” a time I at home. She very free one.). Thanks in advance! The more suggested reasons the better

here are some suggestions for ur consideration:
1) whenever she calls u, try not to pick up her call
2) when u can’t avoid her call anymore, tell her u are not in town (working trip, holiday etc, can at least use a few times in a year)
3) tell her u have overseas friend staying at ur house
4) tell her ur house is under renovation (and will take months to complete), or u are re-painting the house thus things are in a mess
5) if she is superstitious, find out what is her zodiac sign, then tell her fengshui master said the house will bring bad luck to people of her zodiac
6) is she afraid of dogs or cats? if yes, tell her u have a pet at home (this shd be most successful if there’s any animals she’s afraid of.. my friends who are afraid of dogs won’t come to my house even if i beg them to come)
hope these will help keep ur unwanted visitors away, at least for awhile

if telling lies doesn’t work, then probably u just have to face the reality…
is this aunty really close to u and ur family that u have to respect and obey, and answer to all her requests?
if not, just tell her straight that u want privacy and do not welcome any visitors to ur house.
if yes, then 避得了一时，避不了一世. i dunno what problem will she cause or how serious the problem will be if she gets to visit ur house… but if it’s solely gossiping or making comments about ur house to ur other relatives, one way would be instead of letting her and the other “aunties” come to ur house one by one, might as well hold a house party and invite all of them (including ur mum and other family members) to come. in that way, every one will be present at the same time she was there, so whatever untrue or exaggerating comments she might make later on can be kept to a minimal… she can’t make much distorted comments as there are many witnesses present there too.
